In particular, the Covenant Kodi addon has grown to become a favorite among Kodi users, and has become a must-have for many Kodi users.
Covenant Kodi Addon (Formerly Covenant Kodi Addon) is a popular third-party addon that lets you watch movies and television episodes from online content streaming services such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, BBC iPlayer, and more. A new version of Covenant Kodi Addon is now available with many new features, including multiple language support and improved video quality.
In this guide, I will show you how to install Covenant on Kodi 18.9 Leia and older. The addon is now available for installation from the covenant and cy4root repository. I have listed both links in the manual.
The Kodi Exodus addon has long reigned supreme in the world of Kodi addons. The breakup of Exodus resulted in a series of Exodus Forks. Of all these forks, Covenant’s stood out. In many ways it is the true heir and successor to Exodus, making it the best alternative to Exodus. Firstly, Exodus and Covenant were both developed by the same developer, Lambda, making them an official fork in the road in a way. Covenant even has the same user interface as its predecessor.
The covenant not only fulfilled the place of the Exodus, but it was better than the Exodus in many ways. It was much more stable and offered many more features. Lambda even stopped updating Exodus, making Covenant a better alternative to Exodus.
Exodus was then relaunched, and these two addons worked well together for a while. They’re not as popular as they used to be, especially with the advent of many new and more effective on-demand add-ons. However, many Kodi users are still looking for Covenant and Exodus. The good news is that both of these add-ons were recently updated and are working well so far.

In this guide, we’ll show you how to install Covenant on Kodi 18 Leia in a few easy steps. Note that you can install any other video add-on / or any other Kodi add-on in the same way.
How do I install Covenant on Kodi
We will use the Covenant repository to install the Covenant addon on Kodi. Here are the steps:

STEP 1: Start Kodi and click to open the settings menu.
STEP TWO: Click on System Settings (Kodi Leia users, click on System)
STEP THREE: On the left side, click on Add-ons
STEP 4: On the same screen, click the Unknown Sources radio button.
STEP 5: Press Yes when prompted
STEP 6: Now click to open the file manager as shown in the image below (in Kodi Leia, this option is on the top line).
STEP 7: Now click the Add Source button.
STEP 8: When you click the Open Add Source button, a window appears. Just press <No>. A new menu will appear asking you to enter the pathname/URL. Just enter https://covenant01.github.io/zip in the field (see below) and click OK.

STEP 9: In the next step, put Covenant in the media source name as shown below (or any other source name). Check carefully before proceeding. Then just press the OK button.
STEP 10: Now press the back button several times to return to the main menu. Now open the Add-ons menu.
STEP 11: Now open the package installer (the open box icon in the top left corner, as shown below).
STEP 12: Now select the option Install from zip file.
STEP 13: Now locate and select Covenant (or the source name you added earlier) and open repository.covenant-x.x.zip. The installation will begin. Wait for the repository to be installed
Message: If you used the alternative link https://cy4root2.github.io/zip, click on the zip file repository.cy4root-master.zip.
STEP 14: Now go back to the main menu and click to open Add-ons, then click as before to open the package installer. This time, click the Install from repository button, as shown in the figure below.
STEP 15: Now select Covenant Repository, then Video Add-ons.

STEP 16: Now scroll down and find Covenant. If you find it, click on it to open it.
STEP 17: Now click on Install in the following screen
For Kodi Leia users, a pop-up window will appear after you click Install. Press OK to continue.
STEP 18: Congratulations! That’s it. You have now successfully installed Covenant on your Kodi using this method. Now enjoy the vast ocean of great media Covenant offers on your PC or Amazon Fire TV.

Covenant Kodi addon does not work
The Covenant addon is no longer updated and if you try to get it from the Colossus repository, it won’t work because that repository is closed. However, users can still install and use Covenant through the Covenant repository, as described in the instructions above. I test and update this article every few days.
