Two of Colombia’s leading human rights activists, Luz Marina Monzon and Danilo Rueda, will provide firsthand testimony of how the Colombian legal system is used to silence and stigmatize the human rights movement. Andrew Hudson will present Human Rights First’s new report which for the first time documents the extensive use of specious criminal investigations in Colombia.
