June 21, 2011: A competitor from Paraguay aims his weapon during the sniper night shooting event June 18, 2011, at this year’s Fuerzas Comando competition held in Ilopango, El Salvador. Two-man sniper teams engaged five targets from varying distances of 200 to 500 meters. Fuerzas Comando, which was established in 2004, is a U.S. Southern Command-sponsored special operations skills competition and senior leader seminar that’s conducted annually in Central and South America and the Caribbean.
