Lopez, the Medical Readiness Training Exercise Panama Mission Commander from Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala., presents a plaque to Dr. Gonzales the director of the Panama Regional Ministry of Health during closing ceremonies for the MEDRETE July 24 in Pesè, Panama.
