Report Due: Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation

By March 15, the Secretary of Defense must report on the activities of the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (successor to the U.S. Army School of the Americas). The report is to be prepared in consultation with the Secretary of State. This annual report must be submitted to the Congress. It is required by Section 2166(i) of title 10, U.S. Code.
